About Me

I am Nadine Hunter, a Wellness Coach Academy Certified Practitioner and Member of the Complementary Medical Association (MCMA). Over the last 35 years, I have worked in finance, property and politics. Throughout this time, I have maintained a very eager interest in nutrition, mental well-being and complementary medicine.


In recent years I have been involved in the support of families with a loved one in addiction, providing me with a powerful insight into the most challenging of circumstances and how these can bring extraordinary personal growth. What I continue to learn in this field is invaluable as it represents precious life skills and keeps me focused on the astonishing power of the mind.


As a Wellness Practitioner I believe that a holistic approach with consideration of the client as a whole, grounded in evidence-based practises, can lead to remarkable benefits and I am thrilled to be able to extend meaningful support to others seeking balance and serenity.


My Approach 

Truly achievable and sustainable changes are the key to my approach towards holistic wellbeing. No change in habit or behaviour tends to work unless the client genuinely believes they can sustain it in the long term, which is why it is so important to aim for long-term benefits rather than a short-term fix. My goal is to encourage and nourish clients through a journey to unlock their full potential and empower their inner health.

Through active listening, I aim to understand each person deeply, a skill learned through my training in Community Mediation in 2010. For some clients, this may be the first time they have been truly heard, and my approach fosters trust and empathy, allowing me to identify and address negative patterns affecting mental and physical well-being. Recognising the interconnectedness of all aspects of health, from diet to sleep and stress management, is at the core of the journey towards wellness, as nothing works in isolation. 


Though the majority of my time is focused on helping women in midlife, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve holistic well-being regardless of age or gender. What we eat and drink can have a profound effect on all areas of our bodies. Stress and anxiety, lack of energy, the ability to focus, weight issues, sleep patterns, and more can all be truly transformed by making positive steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
